With this surgical process, Dr. Yarish removes a triangular wedge from the middle of your inner labia, then reconnects your side. The result will be a vertical scar on the treated inner labia. - The V-Wedge Technique
The v-wedge surgical technique performs the same incision and leaves the same scar as the wedge technique. However, the incision is made on enlarged or hanging outer labia.
