Committed to Creating Strong Bonds With Her Patients
Dr. Bartlett strives for an open dialogue between herself and her patients based on a genuine desire to achieve the results patients want for themselves.
Dr. Bartlett stays with her patients throughout the process, from their first consultation to long after their surgery. She insists on seeing every patient twice before their procedure and calls on the night of their surgery to see how they are doing. All of her patients are given her cell phone number, and if anything seems wrong, she wants to be the one to know.
As a female plastic surgeon, Dr. Bartlett has found joy in being able to connect with her patients on a deeper level. She takes the time to get to know them and their stories to determine which options will help them best achieve their goals. Whether patients are looking to increase the size of their breasts or simply wanting to look and feel like themselves again after having children, Dr. Bartlett prioritizes natural-looking results that meet or surpass her patients’ wishes.

Plastic surgery is like problem-solving. You can do the same surgery three times a day, and each surgery is different because each body is different.
As a self-described scientist, Dr. Bartlett loves figuring out how to achieve predictable and natural results from a variety of very unique patients. While this is a challenge, Dr. Bartlett excels at it.
Passionate About Plastic Surgery and Patient Care
Dr. Bartlett saw the need for a different type of patient care and bedside manner early on.
As a child, she suffered from asthma and pneumonia, forcing her to be in and out of the hospital. While this experience could have swayed some away from medicine, it compelled Dr. Bartlett to pursue the medical field. She wanted to be something better than what she experienced in terms of bedside manner and dedication to her patients.
After completing medical school, Dr. Bartlett found her passion in plastic surgery. As a woman who loved beauty and cosmetics and who dabbled in modeling, she discovered that being able to help her patients reach or restore their desired aesthetic was as rewarding to her as it was to them.
Connected to Her Community
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, she understands the community for which she serves. To her, Houston is everything, as it is the area that shaped her into the strong and down-to-earth female plastic surgeon she is today.
Dr. Bartlett remains close with her Houston-based family and friends (she even performed her mother’s facelift and her father’s cancer reconstruction), and she cannot imagine herself anywhere else.

From the moment you walk into Dr. Bartlett’s office, one thing will become clear: her deep love of unicorns. But this relationship goes much deeper than a fondness for this magical creature. Instead, correlations can be found deep in her roots. As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Bartlett has never fit the norm. She’s confident, friendly, and open. She speaks her mind and is proud of it; Dr. Bartlett is unique — just like a unicorn.
During Dr. Bartlett’s residency, she came into her own with two other plastic surgeons who also didn’t fit the expected mold; three surgeons who matched their exceptional technical skills and bedside manner with a level of fun and enthusiasm. At that time, one of their chief residents coined the term “Unicorn Triumvirate,” and the name stuck.
Focused on Education and Training

Knowing that she wanted to enter the medical field, Dr. Bartlett emphasized her education and post-university training. After graduating summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2008, Dr. Bartlett stayed to complete her medical degree at Texas A&M College of Medicine. While there, she held leadership positions in the student council and the Women in Medicine and Plastic Surgery Interest group.

After graduating first in her class from medical school, Dr. Bartlett completed a General Surgery internship at Vanderbilt University, followed by an integrated Plastic Surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine.
During her residency, she was well-published and continued to hold leadership positions, including being a member of the Plastic Surgery resident council. At that time, she also started a skincare lecture series, a precursor to the dedication she still has toward skin health and maintenance today. Dr. Bartlett has been published in multiple influential Plastic Surgery journals and contributed to book chapters.

Dr. Bartlett is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and The Aesthetic Society.

Dr. Bartlett specializes in plastic surgery procedures of the breast, body, and face. As a general plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Bartlett is excited by the variety of techniques she gets to perform and strives to personalize every surgery to the patient.
Some of Dr. Bartlett’s specialties include breast surgeries (breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, breast augmentation with lift) and body surgeries, including tummy tuck (her personal favorite) and labiaplasty. She is also one of the youngest plastic surgeons specializing in facelift surgery.
Dr. Bartlett’s mission is to ensure that her patients achieve the best results possible, and she remains up-to-date on the most advanced surgical techniques to achieve optimal aesthetics.
Dr. Bartlett also understands the immense value and importance of non-surgical procedures and mixing these treatments with what she offers. Plastic surgery is only part of the process, and Dr. Bartlett wants patients to invest in themselves.
